Freshly imported from California. this Thunderbird in super solid in every area and looks a true California car all its life. was imported from affluent suburb of San Fransisco and still wearing its original black and yellow plates which come with the car. I have it photographed outside the Ford assembly plant in Richmond CA too . which is nice.

So great rust free body and chassis. good paint but not perfect. good chrome all round and a very complete car which is important with a Thunderbird. Great to see it sat on its original hubcaps with rear wheelarch spats still in place also. steel wheels with new tyres. Glass is all in good condition and electric windows all roll up and down as they should. Dash works and all guages seem to function as they should. original steering wheel with horn works. Interior is not perfect but a little time spent cleaning and nibbling away at the niggly jobs will make a big difference. The bottoms of the door panels arent perfect but perfectly acceptable and the headliner has a couple weak seams which I'm looking getting improved.

390 Motor sounds sweet through its full new dual exhaust system and shes starts on the button every time. column shift auto works as it should. power steering has good feel and power brakes have been rebuilt with new hoses and fluid so feel good.

Overall this is a very pleasing example but could be improved over time by new owner. a rare car in the UK. comes with 12 months MOT. is UK registered and ready to go !!
