EQUIPMENT

EXTERIOR
The XJS is finished in Jaguar Racing Green. Its elegant. horizontal lines are accentuated further by a twotone pinstripe running the length of the vehicle. The paintwork presents well throughout. retaining a lustrous finish with few imperfections to speak of.

Having resided in a dry climate where it covered little over 26k miles. the underside of the car is entirely corrosion-free. What's more. the chrome trim remains in excellent order and maintains a highly polished appearance with no damage whatsoever. All the glass and lenses are clear and moisture-free.

INTERIOR
The Parchment leather interior provides a nice contrast against the solid green coachwork. The supple upholstery remains in excellent condition and is free from any marks or rips. The bolsters show no signs of any wear and the rear seats are equally pristine.

Walnut veneer adorns the dash. centre console. and doors. The glossy trim is without any cracks or scratches to the lacquer. presenting as new throughout. The beige carpets are also in very good order. and the door cards too are free from any marking.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The engine bay is dominated by the 5. 3-litre V12 motor. which has just been serviced. Displaying only minor age-related wear. the under-bonnet area is consistent with a car having covered so few miles. Equipped with a 3-speed automatic transmission. the XJS still provides a refined driving experience. As to be expected the engine pulls effortlessly and the gear changes are smooth.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
The Jaguar sits on the original set of 15-inch cross-spoke alloys. each of which present in great order. The wheels display only minimal marking and age-related wear.

The alloys are shod in a matching set of period-correct Pirelli P600 tyres. each with ample tread remaining. The brakes are also in good condition with the front discs and pads having just been replaced. New front shock absorbers have also been fitted.

HISTORY FILE
First registered in June of 1990 this XJS has covered a mere 26k miles to date. The car has recently been imported with all duties and taxes paid. It is now fully UK registered with a clean MOT certificate and V5C.

Present in the history file is the original Jaguar document wallet complete with dealer-supplied handbooks. Photographs of the underside are included. as is an invoice for recent works carried out; these include the fitting of new front shocks. front discs and pads. and an oil service.
