2006 Dodge Charger Police Hemi Interceptor

Excellent example of this vehicle. genuine police car off the streets of San Fransisco. just out of service and imported a couple of months ago so this one is in the UK. full UK lights conversion. new tyres. IVA inspection passed and now UK registered.

Police Interceptors are based on the standard LX model but with the R/T running gear. upgraded brakes etc. The centre console shift is removed to allow a police computer to be installed and the shifter relocated on the steering column. there is no mistaking a police car for a standard car. We have sourced a centre console for this vehicle and installed in between the seats so it even comes with cupholders.

Interceptors come with a fitted rubber 'carpet' and a plastic rear seat so that body fluids cannot be socked up. The plastic seat has been replaced with a leather item from an R/T which does not match the cloth fronts as the plastic seat is not a comfortable option however the rubber carpets remain. The drivers seat has some wear to the back rest where guns and nightsticks have rubbed at the side bolsters. this kind of police specific patina should remain. There are also tell tale holes in the roof for various antenae and there are also holes in the A pillars where the searchlights were installed. again these may be retro fitted but have been covered with aluminum plates to keep the weather out for now.

There are a few nicks and scratches on the paintwork received in the line of duty but it would be a shame to turn it into some sort of powder puff show car . this car has earnt those nicks ! Fresh decals have been added which can be changed or removed depending on your preference.
