Current owner 17 years. Fun sports classic. but needing TLC. Motor excellent. crisp and powerful. revs out well. great exhaust note. Original Aus. spec. 125hp. Had top end overhaul about 10 years ago. Gears OK (4 speed). but linkage sloppy. Clutch 'sticky' but improves with use. New struts/shocks about 5 years ago. Brakes good.
Body/paint needs work. Interior fair for age. Seats have slight tears. but very comfortable.
Main issues are electrical. Recent break-in attempt resulted in wiring torn off back of indicator controls. Plus. as is common with many cars of this age. several other electrical problems.
This is my 2nd classic Porsche. and I no longer have the time and energy to put into these problems. so it's for sale as a 'project' car. No RWC. Located in Berwick. Vic. Currently club registered with VWCV till 15/12/15. but for sale without plates because no RWC.
