EXTERIOR
This gorgeous example is presented in Alpine White. Gleaming in our showroom the paintwork still looks fresh and modern on the 944. The bodywork remains in great condition all round with no evidence of any corrosion to the edges of the sunroof. body or underside.

All of the black trim on the car including the rear spoiler. door handles. and rubber window seals remain in good condition with almost no fading or scratches to note. On close inspection the only negatives to be found are some acceptably minor stone chips to the front bumper and a small blemish to the passenger door window surround. The electric sunroof operates exactly as it should and is easily removed and stowed for those sunny drives.

INTERIOR
The contrasting Cobolt blue interior is a real period feature on the car. This example comes with full leather that is free from any cracks or rips. displaying only light surface wear and slight wrinkling to the seat bolsters. The compact rear seats are in excellent condition.

The blue theme continues up to the centre console and dashboard where none of the plastic trim is damaged or faded. The matching blue carpet that runs throughout the car and extends to the door cards is very clean and free from marks or excessive wear. being protected by the correct Porsche over-mats in the foot-wells.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Having been meticulously maintained throughout its life by Porsche main dealers or specialists. the 944 is in excellent mechanical order. It had the all-important cambelt change at 82k miles and a replacement clutch at 90k miles. The last service was undertaken in August this year at 100. 17 miles. less than 60 miles ago.

The mighty three-litre 16-valve Porsche engine sparks into life at the turn of the key. producing a wonderful soundtrack as it has propels you to 60mph in 6. 5 seconds. and relentlessly on to a top speed of 150mph. The five-speed manual gearbox is essential to this performance. handling the power of the engine perfectly through the gears.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
At each corner the 944 sits on its original 16-inch Design 90 Porsche alloy wheels. which have been refurbished to an excellent standard and as such are all in perfect condition.

All of the brake discs and pads still feel strong and responsive. pulling the car to a halt confidently.

HISTORY FILE
This 944 S2 was supplied new by Lancaster Cambridge Ltd Official Porsche Centre and first registered on the 6th of January 1992. The Porsche document holder is still present along with the owner's handbooks and service booklet. which has been stamped 15 times. The early service work was undertaken by the supplying dealer up until 60k miles. thereafter it has been Porsche specialists; the last being an oil service at 100. 17 miles in August 2015 undertaken by Porsche in Reading.

The history file contains almost every MOT certificate from new. an HPI report. and invoices for replacement parts and work carried out over the years.
