unique. This is a jewel of a motorcar. crafted to stand the test of

Introduced at Geneva in 1985. the Turbo R continued the modern
'Blower Bentley' theme but with the added refinement of suspension
better suited to the car's increased performance. Outwardly the R
differed from the preceding Mulsanne Turbo by virtue of its
cast-alloy wheels shod with low-profile Pirelli tyres. while inside
there was a revised fascia with revolution counter included amongst
the comprehensive instrumentation. In a break with Rolls-Royce
tradition. power figures were made public for the first time
revealing that the engine produced 320bhp and a staggering 475lb/ft
of torque. which on the road translated into a 0-60mph time of
around seven seconds and a top speed of 143mph. Described by
Autocar magazine as 'an outrageous concoction of sledgehammer
performance and sybaritic luxury'. the Turbo R remains as
formidable now as when it debuted more than 25 years ago.

Coachwork by the long established and highly respected firm of
Hooper is the distinguishing feature of this well presented Turbo R
two-door coupé which has only covered 23. 00 miles from new.
Purchased by Abdul Hakeem as a present for his father. this Turbo R
features the best from the coachbuilder including burr walnut
wooden door cards and bespoke seats. Finished in black with black
leather seats and red carpets . this Bentley has a full service
history with Bentley specialists and is supplied with a V5C
registration document. an MoT test certificate which expires in
July 2016 and the handbook pack containing the service book
confirming the mileage. A rare opportunity to acquire a most
