1973 MGB GT 4 Speed Manual 3 Door.

This MGB GT is finished MG Black with Black leather trim.

It has just benefited from a professional re spray in MG Black (paint code BLVC90) to the value of £2500. Was black previously and looks stunning.

The boot. floor pans and inner wheel arches have been cleaned and rust proofed (see photo).

There has been a full body restoration in 1996 with the back up of 19 photos. at a cost of £2579 (invoice to back up).

At the same time a full length sun roof and headlining was fitted together with a front spoiler.

In 1998 the engine was fully rebuilt. the head converted for unleaded petrol. was gas flowed. balanced and polished and the brake servo was replaced being done by MG specialist Entune garage Bolton at a cost of £2100 (done approximately 30. 00 miles since).

In 2000/2001 the entire underside including wings behind splash guards and inside doors were extensively rust proofed and wax oil by Entune garage.

All Rostyle wheels (5) have been refurbished with shiny chrome nuts and chrome rim embellishers (see photo).

An overdrive is fitted and works smoothly and correctly in 3rd and 4th gears.

The boot is fully carpeted with original style jack and wheel brace in a new tool bag (see photo).

A new rear bumper has been fitted as original was showing its age.

The webasto style sliding roof is in super condition and comes with a wind deflector (see photo).

The chrome work and stainless are excellent and polished stainless sill covers fitted.

The interior is in excellent with leather recalling seats. rear seat in leather to match (leather cover cost £520 invoice to back up).

Excellent carpets. door cards and dashboard.

MG Logo kick plates and rubber floor mats are included.

A leather Mota-lita 14" sports steering wheel is fitted. a radio cassette player and a MG leather gear knob.

The roof lining is excellent.

The engine bay is detailed having an alloy rocker cover. K and N chrome pancake air filters. electronic ignition. new plugs. Kenlow electric fan. new wiper motor. SU carbs cleaned and bonnet sound proofing.

It runs at the correct oil pressure and coolant temperature.

There is a huge history file including owners handbook. 22 old MOT's from 1988 to present. photos of cars restoration. parts and service invoices from 1988 to present.

A clear HPI certificate is included for peace of mind.

The engine and chassis numbers match as per V5 and HPI.

Also an agreed insurance certificate is included for the value of £10. 00.

All 4 tyres match. plus a good spare. all door locks work and the lockable fuel cap is fitted.

This MG feels strong to drive with no nasty knocks and bumps. accelerate very well and looks stunning and is ready for that weekend drive for only £6995.
