1995 ROVER MINI SIDEWALK WHITE - Great Condition. Garaged indoors. Rare White. for sale

This Mini has been garaged indoors for the last 3 years since we bought her from MiniMart (Mini specialist dealer in Nottingham) where it had been owned by the sister-in-law of the MiniMart owner and lovingly waxoyled and cared-for. Since then we have continued to keep her waxed and garaged and she has been regularly serviced and maintained and is free of rust and rot.  
With a striking unique tartan interior and in White - which is extremely rare - Lucy is very unique.  
With no issues with MOTs or reliability Lucy has been a part of the family and a regular to Mini meets such as London to Brighton. the Riviera Run. Derbyshire club meets and much more.  
We have left some of our personalisations in place such as the Aooga horn. stickers (which always make people smile). eyelids on the lights. animal noise generator. halo lights and the Fletcher twin exhaust - so she has personality all of her own. Of course these could be all be reverted easily to the original spec and we have retained separately the original factory-fit stereo and headlamps that are included in the sale. She also has a brand new battery.
Due to space constraints at home (that force her sale) we are storing her at Surf Blue Garage (Classic Mini Specialist and owned by a friend of ours) where she can be viewed conveniently Monday to Friday working hours - or Saturday mornings. just get in touch. Surf Blue will also provide you with quality advice on the condition of this car as they have looked after her for the last 3 years.
We will also ask Surf Blue to arrange the MOT on receipt of a deposit for the car to provide a full 12 month MOT (as this expires in April). Any costs arising from the MOT will be covered by us as part of the sale.
Also note that to take delivery you will need to arrange car tax before collection as she has been SORN'd whilst off-road over winter. Or. if you arrange the insurance and pay a deposit we could try and arrange this for you.
