Mercury : Other M100

I have owned many 1973-79 Ford F series trucks. but. none better. or more unique than this one. Up For Auction is a 1973 Mercury M100 (tribute) Short box style side. This shorty started life as a South Dakota 1979 F100 never having seen snow or salt. with full documentation. and clear Canadian title registered and insured in my name. I have just completed a 4 year nut and bolt restoration. with completion concluding in late April 2013. The pics speak for themselves. It is equipped with an extremely healthy bored and stroked 351cid (400 crank. 400 kieth black pistons @ . 60 over bore) block bored . 60 over. heads ported and milled . 025. Pro Comp timing gears. Full MSD ignition through 10mm KMG racing wires. vintage Doug Thorley high flow headers through Flowmaster series 10 dual 2 1/2 inch exhaust ( no Cats). The engine is now 414 cid displacement. and is topped with a Holley Street Dominator square bore aluminum intake. It is equipped with a rebuilt C6 auto transmission with 373 gears and 9 inch detroit locker rear end that underwent a complete rebuild as well as a re-welded case for strength assurance. It is painted in 5 coats of base clear Lola Belle blue and accented with a Mercury rally stripe in 68 mustang Wimbledon White. It has a DMJ 4 inch lowering kit in rear and 3 inch drop in the front. New rubber as well with Cooper Cobra 295/50R 15 on rear and 255/60R 15 on the front matched to 4 new American Racing AR-23 aluminum alloy wheels (10in rear. 8in front). The truck sits low and level and is in newly restored condition. never being abused in any way. and needing nothing. I'll let the pics say the rest.
