This Jaguar MK2 is truly a lovely example throughout. The exterior Old English White bodywork not only stands out and is radiant but does not suffer from any rust or rot. The underside of the car is also very solid as the car underwent a comprehensive restoration in the 1990's which comes fully documented in one of the largest history files we have ever seen with a car!The restoration included mechanical overhaul including engine rebuild (unleaded conversion). bare metal respray including required coach works. chrome wire wheel conversion and trim replacement.
Mechanically the car drives superbly and the 2. 4 engine pulls the car very well. the car also benefits from overdrive which works correctly. Gear changes are smooth there are no whines or negative noise the only sound the car makes is a very nice rumble from its stainless steel exhaust.
Inside the car is lovely complimented fantastically with read carpets and seats with no blemishes or rips in either. also in a1 condition are the cars headlining and wood trims.
This Jaguar really turn heads and would be ideal for use as a wedding car. as well as a show car for spring and summer. br>We will service the car aswell as fully waxoyle her if the screen price is raised.
