1952 Thames 1/2 ton panel custom street rod.   5 year build with well over $30. 00 invested. A great "head turner" wherever it goes. Has won numerous awards at car shows and events.   Would also make a perfect advertising mobile billboard with your company logo on the sides.   Boxed frame. Mustang II front cross member. tubular upper and lower control arms. Front disc brakes. rear drum brakes. Narrowed rear end with 3:55 gears. All the original wood was removed and replaced with steel.   5" extended doors and opera windows added. Rear lift hatch was hand formed using a Model A window.   Hand fabricated 3-piece hood with a DF Metalworks latch with inside hood release. LED lighting throughout. Hand formed front and rear bumpers with show chrome.

The engine is a 1983  2. 3 ltr Ford. 10-1 compression. stock Ford balanced crank. 30 over pistons. 1995 Mercury Merkur head. ported in-take with a Holley 390 performance carb. C-4 transmission with V8 clutches and shift kit with a 2500 stall converter. Ceramic coated 36" header with 2" tubes.   Rolls on BF Goodrich. Genni wheels with baby moons and beauty rings. Professionally painted a Ford bright silver with brilliant royal purple. Silver ultra leather upholstery throughout. dark gray carpets. Both seats are 6-way power. Julianos 3-way shoulder seat belts. American Autowire Highway 22 wiring kit mounted in a custom built hidden rear compartment.   Dynamat sound deadner was used throughout including the floors. firewall. doors. side panels and roof. 16 gallon fuel tank. Hagen gas filler lid.   Headwind headlights. Vintage Air heater/defrost unit. Specialty Power windows on all 4 windows. Specialty Power windshield 2-speed wipers. Bear claw latches. Lokar 3-speed shifter LED indicator. Keyless entry system. Shaved doors. TPI Tech gauges with a white backlight. Mustang e-brake system. Peep mirrors. Sound system consists of a Pioneer head unit. Kenwood 4-channel amplifier. Bassworx subwoofer and enclosure. Monster cable to hook it all up. and Kenwood front speakers hidden in doors.

This is a "one of a kind" custom street rod. Gets attention everywhere it goes. Built with all high quality parts throughout. A very fun car to drive. Was built to add a rear seat if needed.
