Buick : LeSabre Base Hardtop 2-Door

Up for sale is my 1962 Buick Lesabre with the 410 Wildcat option for the motor. Its original paint. with the first owners not selling until 1997. It was full Air Ride Technologies install. cost 7500 when done. as 2 remotes for air ride. This vehicle has been on the road. but currently still in storage for the winter. Reason for selling is too many vehicles and only one parking space. So its a victim of my circumstance. It has an new Optima battery installed. and the brake system has been converted to dual master cylinder. after the original failed. I still have the original. The brakes are near new. and exhaust is new new as well. Tires are drivable. but I think the front may have uneven wear on the inside and tread is low. Runs very well. and has custom flow master exhaust. Cooling system flushed before winter. and has auxillary electric cooling fan. This vehicle appears to have been never winter driven by the amazing condition of the body and undercarriage. The bad. the previous owner never drove it and parked it outside uncovered resulting in rust thru on the rear quarters in front of the wheel. and also 4 small holes on the hood where the mounting bracket underneath runs. again from water. As well 2 holes I patched in the floor. again from water. Its amazing what some neglect can cause. I have yet to replace the carpet that was water stained. but SMS auto fabrics can color match for about 500 or you can get a burgandy for 250. Some rips in the interior. kick panels there but have some damage in the interior. See pics of major scratches. dings and condition. For the quarter patches you have 2 choices. make them or use 1962 Impala patches. The rear wheel well is a slightly different shape (less squared off) but you wouldnt notice. The car is an excellent daily summer driver. Its been relialbe. but no guarantee's made due to age. It needs a few things here and there to bring it up to new operating condition. It appears the speedo is disconnected behind the instrument cluster. could use some aftermarket temp and oil pressure guages. and the weatherstripping could use being replaced if its going to be left outside in the rain. as they it does leak from somewhere. I have the original key and some manuals included with the car as well. included a stock 4 barrel manifold. Currently has factory 2 barrel on it. Many 62 Impala parts are interchangeable as they shared rooflines. Any questions feel free to ask. Ive described it to the best of my ability and experience. I may have honestly forgotten some good and bads. but this is a great car for the money. I am really against selling it. but feel it eases my parking situation. So a piece of me hopes it doesnt sell. but it it does. that helps out my 3 motorcycles and 3 cars and one parking spot problem. I will not cancel auction once a bid is placed. But reserve the right to cancel the auction up until a bid has been placed.

Deposit of 500 dollars U. S. due within 24 hours after auction close. Remaining balance due before car is picked up. and funds must be cleared. The remaining balance can be paid my Email Money Transfer. Cash. Bank Draft. This car must be picked up within 30 days of auction close until prior arrangements are made in writing. If the car is not picked up within 30 days. and no arrangements are confirmed by me prior to sale. deposit is forfeited. Shipping is the responsibility of the owner. but I will assist the shipper in loading the vehicle. Importation into the USA is very straight forward. I believe just some paperwork and maybe taxes. check with your local DMV and US Customs. I will drive the car to an Ontario Border for pick up on the USA side if you do not have a passport. I will just charge my expenses for the trip. and funds must be cleared before I depart for the border.
