The colour combination is a metallic blue with a grey leather interior. both are in wonderful condition. The paint has minimal scratches and no rust. It has real burl wood accents. The plastics aren't dried out or off colour indicating it was garage parked. There is a small dent on the front passenger fender. judging from the shape. I'd say something fell on it. The heated seats have no tears or rips. With the exception of the steering wheel and driver's arm rest. there are no wear spots. The headliner has no stains.
It has 260k on the odometer. It runs. drives and behaves as a luxury vehicle. I daily drive it with a recent trip across the country. The engine starts on the first crank every time. There is no maintenance needed in the foreseeable future. The brakes and tires have plenty of life in them. The steering and suspension are sharp and the tires are wearing evenly. The exhaust is quiet. All lights work. The heater. rear defrost. and even the side mirrors are functional and clear fog quickly. The air conditioner blows cold. The interior smells like all BMWs of the era. leathery. There is no mould or water damage.
The fluids were replaced within the past year. All accessories are functional. (Please note: The passenger side lock is functional but the key doesn't match the lock tumbler. The car had an aftermarket keyless entry system installed but it no longer works. The car has central locking and alarm through the driver side or trunk locks. )
