Texas Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this classic Oldsmobile. The flagship car of the model year 1959. this is the Ninety-Eight. The Olds 98 came standard with the larger 394 cubic inch Rocket V8 and unique paint configurations. This example is finished in its correct Polaris White & Bronze Mist. The paint and body are in exceptionally condition as is the factory tri-tone interior. This one is a pleasure to drive down the road and a real head-turner. The exterior showcases a very nice paint job of the factory correct colors. The trim tag confirms this car was finished in Polaris White & Bronze Mist.

The Oldsmobile 98 displays several unique trim features.

The wheels of choice are 14-inch steel wheels with tri-bar hubcaps. 9. 00-14 wide whitewall poly-bias tires are fitted all around. There is an old poly bias spare tire/wheel as well. The chromed fender skirts are a perfect addition.

The glass is in very good condition all around. including the impressive bubble top rear window.

Open the doors to 1959. This car is equipped with some creature comforts such as power windows (working) and a power bench seat (not working).

The upholstery is the beautiful factory tri-tone featuring silver-thread cloth and contrasting vinyls. The material shows minimum age and has held up remarkably well. We believe this is the original interior. although the exterior was definitely treated to a professional paint job of the correct colors.

The steering wheel features the recessed rim-blow horn. The dash houses the original brightwork and instrumentation. This is a beautiful Olds.

The headliner is in good condition and the courtesy lighting is working. The old original visors are brittle. but there.

Under the hood is the powerful 394 cubic inch Rocket 4bbl. V8. This powerplant is paired with the Olds Jetaway 3-speed automatic transmission. The engine compartment showcases original sheetmetal throughout the inner fenders. core support and firewall.

The original paint/trim identification plate is intact and legible.

The original VIN plate is also in place and legible.

The '59 Olds Ninety-Eight has some beautiful features.

The undercarriage has been cleaned and detailed. This underbody is in exceptional condition. the frame and flooring. The engine. transmission and differential undersides are also in good condition.

The winning bidder must submit a 20% non refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle unless other arrangements are made with us.
 
PAYMENT METHODS
 
Our preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer. or 3rd party financing. We can work with you if that is a problem. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Feel free to call us with any questions.
 
PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
 
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
 
TAX. TITLE AND LICENSE

We are a licensed Texas dealership.  It is required that we collect all tax. title and license fees from Texas residents at the time of the sale. We will do all of the title work. Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state. Overseas customers will be charged a $30. 00 fee for wire transfers. We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of . 002277% and a small documentary fee of $75. 00 on ALL sales.
 
SHIPPING
 
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership. we will take no further responsibility for the vehicle.
