The listing you are viewing today is for A beautiful example of an all original classic 1978 Lincoln Town Car. one of the few land yachts still available today. The car is currently located in Newark Ohio for viewing. As you can see from the pictures the car is in pristine condition for it's age. In the pictures you can see 2 pieces of paper. each of them represent an appraisal that was taken back in 1998 from a car specialist. The car has been garage kept its entire life and has spent the last 12 years with us under cover. The millage is correct. Comes with the larger 460 engine and every option Lincoln offered in 1978 with the exception of the moon roof.
Grandpa is getting up their is age and is not very computer savvy so I will be answering all your questions. When it's time for purchase you will eventually meet grandpa and my cousin Rick to arrange pickup and make payment.
Car History:
This Classic Lincoln Town Car was a daily run and drive car until is went into hibernation. Grandpa bought this car from a local dealer to enjoy with grandma. It has 39. 59k miles on it and was last driven about 4 years ago. The car is gold in color and has beige cloth interior. I would say the overall condition of the car is an original 9 out of 10. It's very clean and straight for an old boat. Everything works and the car was never in any accidents while in our care. This car came with every option Lincoln offered with the exception of the moon roof.
