Jeep : CJ

You are bidding on a beautiful CJ-7 that was built about two years ago. Just about every part on Jeep was redone in some way. The build took many hours and roughly $20. 00 to finish. The Jeep is fun to drive as it goes down the road as it should. The wider tires do grab the rough roads some with little pull through the steering wheel. There was a lot done to this Jeep and I will do my best to be accurate with the description.
EXTERIOR. Body is in great shape with the left rear corner having a small ding in it ( too small to show in pictures ). The paint was done in a PPG base/clear coat finish and looks good. The soft top is a new Best Tops with tinted windows. Side step bars were custom made by a local shop. Offroad Specialties. Bumpers had bars added to them from same shop for a custom look. Tires are 35" Nitto Grapplers on nice 18" wheels that were custom ordered and made to fit this Jeep.  
ENGINE.
The engine is a 304 V8 out of a 1978 CJ5 that has a complete rebuild that is mostly stock. Has upgraded distributor for reliability. The engine sounds great through the new Flowmaster exhaust. Transmission is a manual 4 speed with new clutch.
INTERIOR.
The interior is painted same blue as exterior. Has a scratch on glove box door. New seats and locking center console. New carpet kit. carpet kit looks unfinished in firewall area. came that way from manufacturer. Has a CD player with speakers in rear. All gauges work as well as heater and dash lights. Custom cage built by Offroad Specialties and is not attached to the frame.
SUSPENSION.
The lift was achieved by a spring over conversion with stock leaf springs. The factory sway bar is still connected correctly. Has new shocks at all 4 corners. Custom steering rod made with heim joints to clear leaf springs that's attached to a power steering unit. Braided brake lines custom made for the lift. The driveline angles are correct with a 2" lowered transmission mount and a CV joint on rear driveline. Suspension is painted gloss black with semi-gloss accents. Nuts and bolts have been upgraded to stainless allen head bolts for a nice custom look in many various spots throughout frame.
