As far as I know I am third owner. vehicle was driven in Vancouver BC.

If local vehicle can be picked up or delivered. if out area or country buyer will be responsible for shipping and seller will assist in FOB

to Wenatchee or Oroville Washington.

Payment would be through Pay Pal before item is shipped.

Vehicle will remain property of seller until all funds have cleared the bank.
