Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit A beautifully original car

Border Reivers are pleased to offer this beautiful matching numbers Rolls Royce Silver Spirit for your consideration. This is an excellent example of this desirable Rolls Royce offered in original condition. This is a very genuine car with a nice light patina. ow milage and service history. Supplied new by Grassicks of Perth with Willow Gold coachwork and Parchment leather interior to a Mrs E. Harvie of Glasgow on the 1st of January 1986. Registered JSH 66. It was re-sold by Grassicks to its second owner from Edinburgh on the 17th of July 1990. It has remained with owners in the Capital City since.

We don't normally get involved with these cars as they are normally on their 2nd or 3rd set of replacement wheel arch's and the interior has been so called re - connolised several times. e have actually seen filler used to cover up holes in the interior & painted over with leather dye !!! The carpets are usually damp & smell ( getting the picture ). This unfortunately gives these fabulous cars a bad name . The 1st owner can afford to look after the car and service it properly. the 2nd owner is usually a bit more canny & can usually afford a new car but doesn't want to take the deprecation hit but normally has the funds and good sense to service it properly. we usually find from here on they are still serviced but tend to be removed from the main dealer network for servicing and corners start to get cut however not this car.

This car has 4 enthusiastic previous owners & all have been within a 50 mile radius. Its never had any work to the arch's they are in excellent rust free condition. the underside of the arch could do with a tidy where the stones hit the underside . The front driver seat has never been touched in anyway. he engine bay has never been steam cleaned. The tool tray is complete and unused as is the tommy bar. ack and ratchet. All the carpets are perfect with footrests and lambs wool rugs in the rear. he rear seats are perfect. This is the way you want to find these cars. We will include re-painting the underside of the arches once a deposit has been taken as we want any interested parties to see the car in its original state. e can also carry out a proper restoration of the front seats if required .

The car wants for very little. here is a small stone chip ding on the o/s quarter panel and some small stone chips to the car but nothing you wouldn't find on a 2 year old car never mind a 26 year old car and it is a pleasure to drive . Cars in this condition are rare & represent an excellent investment. A new harley davidson fat boy costs more. you wont get wet in this & it will take all your family or friends!
