1969 Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda Roadster.

This beautiful 280SL had one owner for many years here in the Pacific Northwest. Always maintained and enjoyed. it is largely original with just one re-paint in the correct white color.

The body is straight and clean. (please see photos including trunk and undercarriage) with all original panels in-place. Excellent fit. Paint is bright with a deep shine. No chips. blemishes or bubbles. Chrome and trim are excellent and original. The interior is original. Driver's seat recently re-stuffed using the original covering. The wood trim is excellent. Carpets and soft top are very good. All glass is good. All gauges work and register accurately. Radio works. Includes Pagoda hardtop in excellent condition with original headliner.

Original 6 cylinder engine runs well. Recent valve adjustment and tune-up. SEE VIDEO of engine running. This car has the RARE FACTORY 4-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Shifts easily and a real pleasure to drive. Newer tires. Holds the road nicely on the highway or back roads.

There is little to add except if you are looking for a fine original 280SL this is the one. Your inspection is invited.
