MECHANICAL

This Jeep has a 401 motor with an Edelbrock aluminum 4 barrel intake. Holley 4 barrel electric choke carburetor. Mallory distributor. with stock exhaust manifolds (they don't leak like headers) to a performance muffler with a good sound to it. This Jeep has plenty of power. noticeable low end torque power.   Rebuilt automatic transmission. original Quadratrac 4x4. Both Dana 44's have been rebuilt. newer brakes. 4 in lift kit with 33/12. 5/15 tires. This is an original air conditioned truck. we converted the AC from R12 freon to modern R134A. it works excellent. I took off the engine fan and added dual electric fans. much better for slow speeds in the heat. Power steering works excellent. 1 finger turn with the 33's. Tilt steering column. stock radio.

BODY

The body on this truck is in good shape. Took me quite some time to find a clean Jeep to start with. Paint is original in spots. has been touched up in other spots. Not a perfect show paint rig. not what I had intended. Glass all good. the interior is mostly original and looks good. I converted the dome light and other bulbs to LED so I could actually see at night.

Overall. this is a nice Wagoneer built to be driven and used. I focused most of this build on mechanical upgrades. the cosmetics were pretty good when I bought it. just did a few touches here and there to spruce it up. I'm selling this with some other of my personal vehicles to help fund my restoration business expansion. I probably have quite a bit more into this Jeep than it's worth. This is a reserve auction as I'm not sure exactly where to price it. Most of the comps were the smaller motor wood panel Jeeps from the 80's. these older units with the 401 are much harder to find and value.  I will listen to offers. if the right offer comes along. it will be sold.

I have a clean clear WA state title in hand in my name for this Jeep. I welcome 3rd party inspections at my shop during the auction. I'm a licensed auto appraiser myself. I find no offense in you paying someone to look at it. I have a shipping broker who has shipped dozens of vehicles for me. I will pass on his info or work with your shipper. Vehicle or title do not leave my possession until cleared payment in full. Full payment due within 5 days closed auction. Immediate non-refundable deposit of $1000 due after auction conclusion. I can get this truck to the UK. Canada or Alaska. I'm 5 hours from the Seattle port. will trailer it there. price will be negotiated.
