FOR SALE: 84' Pininfarina Spider

THE GOOD:

Body off repair of all rust with a new paint job. All rust was repaired in the floor pans. seat rails and wheel wells with new metal. New bushes in the front end. has been lowered. new steering box. front calipers. all pads and rotors. After market 12" fan installed (original fan will be included). Rebuilt gearbox (will include the original gearbox. needs 3rd gear ). drive shaft rebuit with new u joints and rubber donut (new extra donut included). New headlight gaskets and crome rings. dash cap and center cap. new carpet. battery and tires. This is how I purchased the car in Florida and drove it to Knoxville. TN without any problems at all. as a winter project. The gentleman I got this from had all the receipts for the repairs and was using it as his daily driver. Runs great.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Interior needs help. Top has a rip on the driver's side (see picture). Driver door jam needs to be finish sanded and sprayed (see picture). Previous owner is a bit of a "hot rodder" and had removed the heater box and core (will be included) and welded the fire wall up where the heater pipes came though. Changed all the small gauges to sun pro (original gauges included).

I purchased this car because it is one of the last Fiat Spiders built and that the body work was 95% complete (I hate to do body work!). Started collecting parts for the interior rebuild (see pictures) when I found out I am being transferred. I can take this car with me. but at this time I would rather sell it and purchase a project when I get moved and settled. Some of the replacement parts to be included are a replacement dash with a 220 mph speedo to replace the 85 mph one. NOS map pockets. both sides. replacement door pulls. assorted gaskets. tune-up parts. new switches. etc.

This car only needs what you want it to be. can be driven daily or do as I was going to do and finish it into a little bit of a show stopper. The up side of this car is that they are going up in value and you get one of the best looking. classic roadsters of all time.

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 48 hrs. of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery can take place. It will be the winner's responsibility to pick-up or have the vehicle picked up with-in 7 days after the close of the auction.
