     This week Canyon State Classics brings to market an awesome example of a 1984 Jeep CJ-7 in stunning condition inside and out. This Jeep has ONLY 10360 MILES!! Purchased new on November 5th. 1984 at Motor City AMC JEEP in Warren. Michigan. This little CJ has just come out of the collection of a 35 year Jeep enthusiast who just recently decided to part ways with this gorgeous. all original CJ-7. It was purchased new by Mr. Sydney Welitzken and never changed hands until his son sold it to us a few months back! The Jeep has been in storage the majority of the last 20 years since he moved from Michigan down to Arizona. The vehicle has been carefully taken care of and not abused!      The body on this CJ is in great condition overall. The paint on the Jeep is all original. and underneath the jeep has been cleaned and freshened up and looks as clean as on top! The body on the jeep is all steel and is very straight. The jeep is a totally rust free body so you know this Arizona Jeep is good to go! The CJ is painted in a beautiful Dark Grey Metallic and has just had the inside and out professionally buffed and waxed.

     The car is riding on like new OEM Jeep wheels which would have come on the Renegade or higher option Jeeps. When we purchased this Jeep it was still riding on the original Good Year Arriva radials mounted on the plain white Jeep steel wheel. These have been pictured in the ad and you can see the tires are dated 164 at the end of the DOT stamp which indicates 16th week of 1984 which would be correct for this Jeep as being the OEM tires. These will be included with the purchase of the Jeep.

     The interior is in great shape all around. The interior was completely cleaned out and all floor boards were hand buffed to a high gloss and were checked for any rust issues and none were found! The original seats have been cleaned and are all in great condition with no tares or rips of any kind and no signs of wear. The dash is in nice shape with all correct gauges in place and everything functioning as it should. The beautiful black half carpet kit is still in like new condition. Another extremely rare thing about this CJ is the original. working Jeep AM radio and speaker. which was rarely ordered at an extra cost! The seats do have original seat belts. and windshield wipers work. The rear seat was installed by the dealer when it was new. as I think this Jeep was probably ordered originally with a rear seat delete option. It is 100% the period correct. matching seat patterns as the front and we have a receipt showing the install.

     Mechanically. this little CJ runs GREAT! The jeep starts right up and the four speed shifts properly and has been maintained extremely well. The 2. 5l 4 cylinder moves this Jeep around with ease and is actually quite peppy and the carburetor was just overhauled and everything checked to make sure it is as it should be. The Jeep is very tight and doesn't leak a drop of anything and the cooling system keeps the motor cool even in the Arizona heat. The four wheel drive system functions perfectly and the locking hubs work correctly. All brakes were fully serviced and work perfectly. This jeep is extremely reliable and starts right up every time. After coming out of storage the Jeep had a full tune up. new radiator. new valve cover gaskets. and a new fuel sending unit. Shes ready for the open road!

     All in all. this is one heck of a nice Jeep to drive and will get compliments as well as stares everywhere it goes. At Close of Auction

All Arizona Buyers must pay 7. 3% sales tax!
