I PURCHASED MY 2CV ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO FROM A FRIEND WHO HAD PARTICIPATED IN ONE OF THE WORLD 2CV RALLIES RUN IN AUSTRALIA - PRIOR TO THE RALLY HE HAD GONE THROUGH THE CAR RECONDITIONING THE ENGINE. INSERTING A NEW CHASIS AND GENERALLY ENSURING THE MECHANICAL STRENGTH. SINCE I BOUGHT IT I HAVE REPLACED THE UPHOLSTERY. NEW MUFFLER AND EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. NEW SPORTS STEERING WHELL. NEW TYRES. I HAVE USED MY 2CV FOR LOCAL RALLIES WITH THE ANTIQUE MOTORS CAR CLUB AND IT HAS RUN VERY WELL KEEPINH UP WITH THE YNK TANKS.
