The seller is responsible to safely store the car in the dealership in Saitama Japan until the day the car is transported to the YOKOHAMA Port/ Japan.   The Buyer is responsible for “shipping” fee * (a container shipping method is suggested) from Port of Yokohama Japan to whatever a port you desire to receive. The buyer is also responsible any U. S or other countries Custom clearance fee. Duty and Tax at the time of arrival in the U. S. A or the other countries.  Those could be easily be arranged by having your own import agent in the US or in the other countries. nbsp;especially the car was originally exported from the U. S. . the process would be easy to "import back" to the U. S.  

We (e-Bay seller) can help selecting your own import agent who has experience with high-end vehicles.  Seller is committed to assist the transaction for entire time until the car is safely departed from Japan.

*A copy of the previous title issued in USA- state of AK can be also provided just so you can review.

Rights to close the auction early

Even though this is a private owned and not a dealer auction. the vehicle is currently stored in a dealership in Japan. and is listed as a consignment sale. In any case if any sales transaction is completed before the auction close. we have rights to terminate the auction early.
