1967 SUPERNATURAL IMPALA *64K miles

Well it's come time for someone else to hunt some demons in the impala. I started with a real impala not a caprice or biscayne. it was a one family car bought new in Bethlehem pa. I bought it from the grandson who told me his grandmother used it very little over forty years which explained the 53. 00 miles that were on it when I drove it home for the first time. It is a true blue factory 327 4bbl. The car is basically new mechanically after the redo. I redid the top of the engine with an edelbrock power package. this consists of aluminum heads intake hotter cam. ifters. double roller timing chain I put some roller tip rockers on with poly locks. It also as a 600cfm edelbrock carb with manual choke and a petronix electronic ignition conversion. The motor ran great but with today's gas I decided to update it so you could run better fuel without a lead additive. New radiator and hoses and belts and starters and power steering pumps and Alternator like I said its basically new. I also replaced the original two speed powerglide with A redone th350 3spd. What an improvement it really helps this heavy car get up and go. As for the suspension all the tie rods ball joints bushings shocks springs links are all new. Recent front end alignment makes this car drive wonderfully anywhere. I've also replaced front and rear wheel bearings. Tires have less then 5k miles on them. The car is really straight and not a rot box like most. the paint and trim is nice as well but the car gets used so it has some normal wear. the interior is real nice. ive added AC vents like the show but the car doesn't have air conditioning. If you went to Dallas con last year I drove the car from pa to Texas and back in ten days so if you are concerned if you can use this car wherever I'd say turn the key and go!
