67 thru 72 gmc short bed truck, V8 3 spd for sale
Current customer rating: (404 votes ) based onI am selling this truck again because of nonpaying bidder. If you have a zero score contact me first. NOW I have a1972 GMC Truck 307 V8 3 SPD on column. short bed. power steering. disc brakes. 5 lug truck for auction. I have owned this truck since 2006. The mileage is correct. The engine. trans. and rear end are what came in the truck new. I changed the grill and hood from a 68 gmc truck simply because I like the sloped hood and pointed grill. I have a power brake booster and master cyl that goes with it. I have the org frt and back metal bumper. I also have a rear chrome bumper from a 72 chevy truck. The truck runs really good and drives nice. It shifts good and smooth. The column is in good shape. Everything on the truck works. The fuel gauge just quit working after I filled it up to drive for awhile. All lights work. All the glass is good. The heater. turn signals. cig lighter. dash lights. speed-o all work good. I have another dash pad that is in good shape. I have driven the truck roughly 800 miles while I have had it. It sat inside from 07 until last june 13 (not driven) when I pulled it out to make room for another car. I really don't want to sell it but I just don't have room anymore. NONPAYING BIDDER WAS malloustwjv2bgu from lake lure nc sellers beware this pos will not pay.
I have been ask about the lack of marker lights. This truck was sanded to bare metal and the marker lights were welded in with plates. The metal itself on the truck was flat boarded with 320 grit. The bed floor was sanded and wire brushed to bare metal. One of the tie down holes has been welded up. that is where we stopped and the truck sat until june 13. Then we needed the room so I sprayed it with two coats of self etching primer. the flat panels of this truck. the hood. top. doors. bed sides and fenders are very straight. Many hours with a 4 foot flat board and a straight line sander. In june 13 I cleaned the carb and tank. I replaced the valve cover gaskets. top rad hose and midshaft carrier bearing. I changed the antifreeze and did an oil change. The brakes are very good. stops very straight. No shakes or shimmies. Drives straight. Any other questions please ask. also have more pics if needed. I have a lot of pics from under the hood . I wanted to show the frame and floors.
