1976 would be the last year of Triumph's TR-6. This is a well-maintained example finished in an older repaint of its original red color. The tires were replaced about 3 years ago and the car hasn't accrued many miles since. The gas tank was also recently replaced. The engine and gearbox work correctly. This car is a pleasure to drive. The TR6 makes a great touring car due to its soft and responsive independent suspension.  Be sure to play our video. You can reach Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 with any questions.

The paint is in good condition with a few flaws detailed in the photographs.

TR-6 stripes / decals show well down both sides.

The black vinyl top is in good condition throughout. The soft tops were slightly re-designed for the TR6 model.

We also have a full tonneau snap cover.

The engine compartment is exceptionally clean. housing the strong running 2. 5 liter inline-6 cylinder engine. Induction duties are handled by the correct twin Stromberg carburetors. complete with the correct breather assembly.

Further inspection of the engine compartment confirm original sheetmetal and factory decals throughout the core support. firewall. and inner fenders.

The undercarriage is in good condition. The frame and flooring appear solid. So many TR-6 cars were subjected to harsh elements and suffering from rust. This is an exceptionally solid example. although it does have some isolated rust.

The passenger front rocker panel area shows some rust beginning at the lower edge seen above.

The wheels are the factory 15-inch steel wheels fitted with Yokohama radials all around (185/65R15s). The tires were replaced approximately 3 years ago and are still in very good condition. This car has not been driven much in recent history. although it performs well.

Open the doors to 1976.

The interior features stock brown bucket seating in great shape.

The dash and instruments show well. An aftermarket Clarion AM/FM cassette stereo was installed long ago.

The 5-speed manual transmission shifts through the gears as it should. the clutch grips well and the steering is precise.

The trunk is solid and complete with the spare tire/wheel. new pedals. & a new visor & hardware in the box. We also have a full tonneau cover. a set of rubber floor mats & a set of carpeted floor mats.
