This posting is for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I've spent countless hours and spared no expense on building this jeep right the first time. Only thing that's left to do is a roll cage. but the need to buy a house is forcing me to sell this and use the money elsewhere. The Jeep runs flawlessly and drives effortlessly down the highway and around town- AC blows ice cold and the engine is very healthy and powerful- actually moves with more authority than it did in stock form. and can tackle most any trail you can throw at it. Louvered hood. ventilated side fenders and Flex-A-Lite black magic fan allow it to operated under full load with full boost for as long as you want in any temperature- Ive driven this Jeep loaded down up a 4 mile 17% grade in 110 degree weather with the AC running and had ZERO problems. 1 ton brakes stop it in a hurry for city driving (can lock up the 40's). Currently has 68k miles and has no body damage- very clean interior and exterior. Here is a list of what has been done to it:


Suspension and Steering:

- Rock Krawler suspension tri-link long arm from suspension with modified links. and triangulated 4 link rear. All lower links are SOLID steel all the way through- not using DOM. they are insanely heavy duty…and heavy.
- WFO concepts custom . 250 wall DOM track bar
- WFO concepts full . 250 wall DOM steering with billet steel arms and brand new moog tie rod ends.
- PSC Motorsports full hydraulic assist kit with pump. box and ram. Derale inline PS oil cooler
- 14" King reservoir coil overs up front with 150/250 springs.
- All German Motorsports spring sliders (amazing).
- Gen Right coil over hoop kit- comes through engine bay and has brace that runs on top of the engine which ties the hoops together.
- Bump stop pads built into the front and rear axle trusses.
- Rear bilstein 5160 reservoir shocks
- Teraflex dual rate swaybar- this is WAY better than an antirock. Two positions- street and off road at the twist of a knob.
- MORE steering box skid plate
- All axle bracketry is either 3/8" or 1/2". made in the USA by WFO concepts.

Drivetrain:

1988 Ford F-350 high pinion kingpin Dana 60 front axle
- 35 spline stub shafts and Yukon billet steel hubs (new low profile ones)
- ARB Air locker
- 5. 38 OEM Dana Spicer gears with all new OEM American made internals.
- New front pads and rotors
- WFO Extreme diff cover
- WFO Concepts axle truss (insanely beefy)
- WFO Concepts lca skids (1/2" thick)
- New OEM spicer non-greasable u-joints.
- Narrowed to 65" wms/wms.

Chevy 14bolt full float cab and chassis rear axle
- factory width
- Disc brake conversion from 1 ton Chevy
- ARB Air locker
- 5. 38 AAM gears and OEM internals
- WFO HD pinion skid (1/2" thick)
- WFO Concepts rear truss
- 1350 CV rear driveline

Transfer case:

- NP241 OR Rock Track with 4:1 ratio

Tires and wheels:
- Brand new 40" Goodyear Kevlar MTR with less than 3k miles on them.
- 17" Black ATX Slab headlocks. perfect wheels. haven't leaked a single pound of air in 3 months.
- Gorilla wheel locks

Bumpers and Body Armor:

- Gen Right front stubby bumper. powder coated wrinkle black
- LOD Off Road rear signature series tire carrier with aux. lights and swing out tire carrier which securely holds the 40" tire. Built in class 3 hitch.
- Gen right mini boat side rock sliders with step rail. powder coated wrinkle black.
- Rock Crawler suspension belly plate for undercarriage armor
- Gen Right off road fuel tank skid plate
- Gen Right aluminum front fenders with 4" flare and perforated side panel (dissipates heat)  (Powder coated to match factory paint)
- Gen Right aluminum rear quarter panel armor with 4" aluminum fender flares (Powder coated to match factory paint)
- Poison Spyder louvres on hood (Dissipates Heat)
- Gen Right LED signals and markers up front.

Interior:

- Corbeau GTS 2 front seats in black cloth with seat Corbeau heating elements. Hi/lo heat settings- these things get toasty!
- Corbeau matching rear seat cover
- Stock dash modified for double din slot
- Pioneer in dash navigation unit with 6. 5" touch display. LIVE realtime traffic module. backup camera and app radio functionality with iPhone- Model # AVH P6400. The stereo in this Jeep sounds AMAZING. (Park sensor is bypassed so you can watch movies while driving :)
- Modified center console to include 10" alpine thin woofer and 1000 watt 5 channel Alpine amplifier. Made of 3/4" MDF and shaped with fiberglass. All wrapped in black vinyl. (very clean and subtle. doesn't take up any room in the cargo area). doesn't attract unwanted attention…you can't even tell it's there. )
- Factory roll bar (only upgrade left undone on my list)
- Alpine highs and round speaker conversion in dash.
- Weathertech floor and cargo liners
- Stock gauges with Banks boost gauge built into steering column
- Alpine tweeters flush mounted in a-pillar moldings.


Engine and performance:

- 4. 0 inline 6 with 68k miles. Always maintained. new water pump. main seal. oil pan gasket and tune up.
- Automatic transmission with pml deep aluminum pan
- new radiator hoses
- Flex A Lite Black Magic S blade electric radiator fan- no more centrifugal fan.
- Banks performance torque tubes
- Banks sidewinder kit running at 6psi- with custom air to water intercooler. engine making approx 250 hp.
- 2. 5" cat back exhaust
- low temp thermostat
- Edge products 62 mm throttle body
- Flex A Lite Black Magic S-Blade #485 Electric fan (Huge difference in throttle response).


Miscellaneous:

- Warn Zeon 10k winch with synthetic rope
- Pro comp 10" led light bar mounted to winch fairlead
- comes with soft top.
- amp research folding side step
- Premier power welder and high output alternator to match. Welder control panel is underneath passenger side of dash. Easily accessible.

- Gen Right 25 gal. Expedition series tank (Holds extra 5gallons over factory tank)
- Electric line lock rear e-brake
- Weathertech floor liners
- ARB high output compressor

- Brand new spare 1350 CV rear driveline from Southbay drivelines in Nor Cal (Crazy beefy. never got around to putting it in- was $700)

There are probably a couple things i've left out here and there. but basically this thing is ready to go- low miles. setup nicely and drives great. All in all. between parts and labor. whoever buys this Jeep is going to save a TON of money with having everything done. There is approx 80k into this Jeep on top of the cost of the car.

The Hard-top is not being included with the Jeep. it's no longer for sale. I forgot to edit the description before re-listing. To whoever buys it. I will drop a $1500 credit for a hardtop against the selling price. Either that. or I will get ahold of a hardtop for it.
