Are you looking for a VERY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND 1976 Pontiac Catalina "Surfin" Safari Wagon and only a BEAUTIFUL - TWO OWNER - PAMPERED - ALMOST COMPLETELY ORIGINAL - LOW ACTUAL ORIGINAL MILEAGE  example will make you happy !? As you can clearly see in the pictures and video this Catalina Safari Wagon is BEAUTIFUL !! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! This is a VERY RARE car especially in the BEAUTIFUL condition that this one is in as only 4. 35 Catalina Safari wagons were built in 1976.  We just purchased this Safari  from the  pevious 72 year old Idaho owner who was only the second owner. He purchased this BEAUTY several years ago from the ORIGINAL OWNER who bought it new with 16 miles showing on the odometer at Robideaux Motors in Coeur d' Alene. Idaho on November 18. 1975 !! This Catalina Safari Wagon is one nice driving vehicle and is sound and in VERY NICE shape.  It is smooth and quiet with no squeaks or rattles and what a great highway car that has plenty of power at 70+ MPH to say the least. It is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Idaho High Mountain Desert -  Western vehicle all it's life and it shows !! 1976 was the LAST and BEST year of the Catalina Safari Wagon's and they tell me it's the year to have !! It still retains its correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - Pontiac cowl mounted data plate and also comes with its FACTORY ORIGINAL - 1976 Pontiac owner's manual - FACTORY ORIGINAL - 1976 Pontiac maintenance schedule booklet - FACTORY ORIGINAL - 1976 Pontiac consumer information booklet - FACTORY ORIGINAL - 1976 Pontiac warranty information booklet and the ORIGINAL dealers delivery odometer mileage statement. all of which are shown in several pictures below. This Catalina Safari Wagon has what appears to be the ORIGINAL - STRONG - "Ground Pounding" - Code "Y4" - 455 CID Big Block V8 motor  which is running VERY well indeed. The motor still retains its ORIGINAL 4 barrel intake manifold. ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds. ORIGINAL valve covers. nbsp;ORIGINAL Rochester 4 barrel carb and ORIGINAL air cleaner housing. Etc. . Sounds good too with its "Throaty Sounding" exhaust  system. The engine is backed by a - SMOOTH - three speed - "THM400" - automatic transmission which also functions very well. The MOSTLY FACTORY ORIGINAL !! - Code "64M" - Saddle Tan Buckskin Vinyl and Faux Wood Grain Safari accented interior is in VERY NICE condition with a NICE ORIGINAL Saddle Tan Buckskin vinyl front seat with factory headrests. nbsp; VERY NICE ORIGINAL Matching Saddle Tan vinyl door panels with correct faux wood grain inserts. This car is a great running and wonderful looking classic Safari Wagon that has GREAT looks and AWESOME power as well!
