1969 Jeep Commando Hot Rod 4x4. Frame Off Restoration. 400HP V8!

 

This is a very rare 1969 Jeepster Commando HOT ROD! Classics lines and looks with modern amenities. Forget the classic Broncos. Land Cruisers. Nissan Patrols.  Blazers. etc. you see those all of the time. Own this classic American 4x4 which no one else has.

 

TWO OWNER. purchased from the ORIGINAL owner in New Mexico. Truck has NEVER had rust.

 

$24K Frame off restoration completed in 2011 and includes:

 

-Body was pulled off the frame. taken down to bare metal. sandblasted. prepped and painted.

-Fully rebuilt 400 horse small block chevy with aluminum heads.  Brand new block. Only 50 test miles! Aluminum Radiator with electric fan and auto fan sensors. Runs like a top and sounds incredible. Start this and jaws drop.

-Aftermarket gauge cluster mounted under dash.

-MSD Ignition. Fan is on sensors for radiator.

-New dual exhaust run out the side.

-Turbo 400 built by Culhane Transmissions.

-New brakes all around.

-Built 205 transfer case.

-New large capacity Aluminum tank.

Old cars are just that. old cars. You need to ship it home. Out on the road. many miles from home is not the place to get familiar with your old car. Obviously we cannot stop you. but this is our recommendation.

 

Mileage is Exempt.

Unless we have some documentation we always sell classic cars as mileage exempt. That means we do not know the original miles. What we list in the ad is what the odometer currently reads or is based off rebuild information of the engine and or body/chassis. Also. you cannot do a Carfax or Autocheck on any VEHICLE older than a 1981.

 

You have to call us with any questions. If you email several questions we will tell you to call. If you are serious about buying a vehicle. you need to call us.
