FOR SALE BY AUCTION Friday 31st October 2014.
This Jaguar XK120 Roadster (RHD) with matching numbers. is in outstanding near concours condition and has had a total restoration. The body was removed from the chassis which was then shot blasted and reassembled to the highest possible standards. She was restored by a James Sidewell from Coventry who was an ex jaguar employee and a renowned restorer of 120′s. There is a complete photographic record of the restoration in the history file which dates from 2005 when the restoration took place. She was wax oiled by the vendor in 2014. This superb example is a very early car with chrome side lights. She is finished in silver (she sits on disc wheels with full spats) with red leather trim. She has had 4 owners since being imported into the UK in 1958 (manufactured 1951). I cannot emphasize how beautiful this car is and the sound of the twin exhaust music to your ears! Incidentally she is fitted with an 8 – 1 cylinder head. There are no advisories on the current MOT and she comes with a production record trace certificate. number 22936

The XK engine is a dream. 3. 4 lit. 6 cylinder twin-cam produced 160 bhp. you could have the SE (special equipment) producing 210 bhp. They were very quick in their day 0-60 in 10 seconds.
