Owners
Delivered in June 1962 to it's first owner Mr Lovell of Colchester. Mr Lovell kept the car a couple of years & PX'd the car on a new car at a local dealer in Colchester.

The last owner purchased the car from the dealer & has since owned the car for almost 50 years! Sadly the car & its life partner where recently separated due to his passing away. It goes beyond doubt in my mind that the owner loved & was very attached to this car. I would love for this car to find a new owner of the same nature.

On file is the original buff log book. then 4 further DVLA log books as DVLA upgraded types. Without the buff log book a DVLA log book does not - repeat not prove how many owners a car has. only how many since DVLA was created in the 80's. The proof on file with this car is unanimous that it is as described.

Mileage
The car has travelled approximately 61. 00 miles & is believed very genuine. In fact the car has travelled less than 300 miles in the last 14 years. & over the same period a whole host of MOT's & SORN's confirm this.

Over the 50 year period there are many receipts for work invoiced in the previous owners name.

Condition

The car is in very solid very original condition. Anyone looking for a car that is totally un-molested then this is the car. Body work is in great shape. with only a couple of blisters over the rear wheel spats. Estimates of £300 to rectify.

Interior is again the original interior. however the door cards have been replaced at some time. There are a couple of cracks & slight tear to one of the seats.

With fully restored examples of the 3. 8 fetching over £50. 00 this car would be an excellent cost effective car to restore to that level. or use as it is. in its already excellent condition.

Engine
Mechanically very sound. having been looked after very fondly by the owner. I drove the car & everything is tight & working.
