The winning bidder must submit a $1000 deposit. through PayPal or bank deposit/wire. within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.  If buyer dose not contact me though Ebay message system. 4 days after deposit is made. they will lose the deposit and car will be resisted or sold somewhere else.  If that buyer still wants to purchase the car. they will have to do so through the new listing. and will have to place a new deposit.
 
PAYMENT METHODS
Full payment to be made within 3 days after auction ; Bank wire transfer . Certified cheque. or cash in hand.  All must clear before title of the car is released.  Please be sure to have full payment before making offer.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves my property.

I am a private seller so it is your responsibility to handle that at you local DMV or tax office.
