1955 Cadillac Coupe DeVille

When released in 1955. the Series 62 Cadillac Coupe DeVille was the favoured vehicle of American's rich and famous. from youthful rock-and-roll stars to graying bankers. A product of the renowned car designer Harley Earl. the the elegant lines. prominent fins and bumpers and innovative low-slung body secured the '55 Coupe DeVille's position as true a motoring classic. The large. powerful V-8 and smooth shifting Hydra-Matic automatic ensured the car's refinement wasn't confined to the interior.

This particular vehicle has an interesting history. Ol' School Garage purchased it from the second owner who had enjoyed the car for many years. Except for the paint which was resprayed in the period Mist Green. the car is all original. This originality no doubt accounts for the cars 'staring' roles in the motion pictures Lolita and Inventing the Abbotts. The car also won a number of trophies in its class and made many appearances at public events and photo shoots.

This Cadillac Coupe DeVille is expected to arrive in Brisbane in early October and a small deposit is all it takes to secure this excellent vehicle. We own the vehicle and have paperwork.
