EXTERIOR
This 6-series is finished in Lachs Silver which really shows of the elegant lines of the car. The paint finish is extremely good and there is no evidence of any rust in any of the usual E24 weak spots. You can tell that the car has spent most of its life garaged as none of the trim has perished or faded. The car is presented in show condition having recently won 3rd in class at the BMW car club Harewood house event. The underside has also been fully waxoiled which includes a 5 year anti rust warranty.

INTERIOR
Being a Highline car this E24 has almost everything trimmed in nappa leather which has remained soft and supple. There is no wear to the bolsters on the sports seats and none of the trim has been scratched or damaged. All the electrics work as they should and the car still has its original over mats that remain in as new condition.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
This 6 has only covered 37. 06 miles in the last 24 years so is hardly run in. The car has been regularly serviced and MOT'd every year despite the minimal mileage. This small amount of regular use is ideal to keep the many moving components lubricated and working preventing any problems that can occur with cars that are stored for extended periods of time. Recently the car has been looked after by Stratstone BMW main dealer and has had an Inspection 2 service. track rod ends and a 4 wheel alignment at 36. 98 miles and a further oil service in September 2013 at 36. 06 miles.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
As with all Highline cars it is fitted with the cross spoke alloys that are all shod in the correct Michelin TRX tyres. there is a set of 17inch alpina wheels with the car that can be supplied at a further cost. Statstone BMW flushed the brake fluid recently and fitted new discs and pads all round during the inspection 2 service at 36. 68 miles.

HISTORY FILE
This 635 was first sold in March 1989 by Diplocks Way BMW. It had its running in inspection done later that year by the same supplying dealer who then continued to service the car till 1996. Since then it has been serviced by a couple of different specialists and another BMW main dealer. Despite the low mileage the car has been service 14 times. The original service book has been kept and is fully stamped.

The car also comes with its original document holder that has all the owners manuals. most of the MOT certificates. old tax disks. spare keys. service receipts and the original specification sheet showing all the optional extra that came with the car.
