Introduced in 1993. the handsome new DB7 was Aston Martin's
first six cylinder model since production of the DBS had finished
in 1971. Styled by Ian Callum. its lines were evocative of earlier
Aston Martin models and elements of the DB4/5/6 could be seen in
its design. Arguably one of the most attractive looking cars ever
produced by Aston Martin. the DB7 was well received and attracted
new customers worldwide with its traditional layout of the
curvaceous two door coupé body and powerful six cylinder
engine. At the Geneva Motor Show in 1999. Aston Martin
introduced the V12 engine with 24 valve heads. developing 420bhp
limited to 185mph. After the launch of the Vantage. sales of the
supercharged straight-six engine DB7 reduced considerably and so
production was ended by mid-1999. The Volante. costing over
£100. 00 at its launch. remained in production until 2004.

This example was registered originally on 19th July. 2000 and
has had only two former keepers. It presents in immaculate
condition with the Sky Silver paintwork in superb order as is the
two-tone grey interior. Supplied by Stratstone of Mayfair. this DB7
Vantage Volante has been exceedingly well maintained with 13 stamps
in the service book; the car having just been serviced at HWM in
Walton-on-Thames. Surrey. The V12 engine sounded delightful when
started and we are advised W808 YPX drives as well as she looks
with no known faults. Supplied with a V5 registration document. a
full years MoT test certificate and the original handbooks. it is
difficult to find fault with this DB7 as it is such a good example
and is certain to offer the new owner a great deal of pleasure.
