1969 Land Rover IIA SWB “Bug eye”

I am listing this for a client of mine.   He has owned the truck for many years and over 14years ago commissioned a full mechanical and cosmetic restoration with a new galvanized frame by Dixieland Rovers in 2001.   The pictures speak for themselves regarding the cosmetic condition .    The truck starts and runs perfectly .   Driving down the road the truck drives like a 69 Land rover should.   Sometimes 2nd gear will be a little fussy if you shift to fast.     

The truck was on display at the Hilton Head Concours a number of years ago.  Pictures and info can be found on the internet.   The truck is normally stored in the mountains of North Carolina in a climate controlled  garage and used for family  adventures and  light trail ridding in the surrounding mountains when the family retreats to their mountain home.    The truck has been returned to Savannah Ga. has been recently serviced and ready to be enjoyed.
