Let us introduce you to Joyce & The Summer.

Joyce is our beautiful VW 1978 Bay Window Camper and we think she's stunning!

She's just had her MOT yesterday so she's sold with 12 MOT and Tax until November 2013. She's ready to go for Summer!

She's right hand drive. so there should be no issues with getting used to left hand drive and easier to get insurance on.

Features :

- She has a small gas cooker and a sink.

Mechanics

She's a manual gear box with a FANTASTIC engine. The engine was reconditioned from the base over the winter and she now has a Nicky Carb! She CAN do 80mph although not recommended as the breaks will take some beating at this speed! She had a new clutch and refurbished gearbox over the winter as well.

Bad points:

We don't want to waste your time so let us be honest.

-The body work is in excellent condition. the underside is SOLID and clean. However . there are a few spots of rust on some parts of the body (images attached show this). In particular a spot on the passenger side door and on the cream roof guttering (passenger side).

-We have seat covers on her but underneath the drivers side seat there's a patch of original seat covering missing (image attached) the size of a cream cracker!.

- The rear bumper has been damaged and there's a dent on the boot lid in the back. (images attached). However. we have a bumper that's ready to be painted and installed. we just haven't come around to it yet. it's a small job! The camper is great without it but this will also be included in the sale! (Worth £130+).

- There's a small whole through the driver side floor pan. the size of a 10p image included but the body IS in excellent condition.

- Hub Caps are a bit rusty but we have the original VW ones as well.
