Every inch of the American Classic has been gone through. The body of this 1951 GMC Panel Wagon Delivery Truck is very straight and rust free. During the restoration any  areas of concern were cut out and repaired correctly. The vehicle was then correctly painted in Coca-Cola red and accented with black fenders. grill surround and mid stripe. All of the Chrome on the vehicle was either replaced or re-platted and has not seen the first drop of rain since they were installedAll of the glass in the vehice was replaced. including new gaskets and window felts. The tires were replaced less than 300 miles ago with 4 brand new Hankook Dynamic RH03's. They are slightly wider than the original s giving this truck better handling and traction.

The interior has been very nicely reupholstered and appears brand new. The seats were both reworked and are very comfortable. Attention to detail was added in the door panels. original are rests and matching black carpet. The gauges were disassembled. rebild and restored. The door handles and window crands were replaced.

Mechanically this 1951 GMC Panel WAgon Delivery Truck has been completely gone through. The motor was upgraded to a  GM 292 inline 6 cylinder. which has roughly the sanme look as the original inline 6. but will perform much better. The engine was compleely rebuilt from top to bottom and nothing was left untouched. The entire vehicle was converted from 6 volt to a 12 volt system including new alternator. starter. coil. fuses. etc. Every last inch of wiring is brand new on this 1951 GMC Panel Delivery truck. The transmission was fully rebuilt and serviced. All of the brake system was restored wit all new lines. wheel cylinders. master cylinder. pads etc. The fuel system was all replaced including new gas tank. fuel lines. pump. fuel filter and sending unit. She fires right up. runs smooththy and is redy to hit the  open road.
