Here we have a Truly Beautiful in Old English Cream MG TF 1500 California Car. just had new MOT 11 - 2013. .

Barrie Jones from the 'TF' register has confirmed the build date of 23rd February 1955. it was made with another 8 on the same day. all left hand drive for the North American market. it started life in Light Metallic Green. this is one of 3400 ever made genuine 1500 TF's. .

This is a fresh import from the USA and is in beautiful condition. it starts and drives very well. just as an old MG should do. goes through the gears and is just lovely. pretty car.

It is now registered on English plates and has a V5. still waiting for original books and docs from previous owner in the States. .

This car has been in California all of its life. incredibly the underneath is like the day it was sold. no rust at all anywhere. everything is exactly how it should be and it has never been welded or messed with. all the panels are original. this is a very genuine example. although after careful inspection. it does look like its had a complete thorough respray in the USA. .

The previous owner to myself has owned this car since the beginning of 1984. some 28 years. and he told me that he's only done 2000 miles since he bought it. he's now 73 years old and doesn't drive anymore. he also told me that in all the time he's owned it. he has never had the roof up. so I did check to see if it was in good order and indeed its like new. I think the one it left the factory with. also the side windows are in the box behind the seats. .

This car has never seen rain and has always been very well maintained regardless of cost. this car is in fabulous condition. very attractive car. it also has a lovely fleece like material full car cover. . .
