This is one of the VERY BEST looking '68 Camaros you will ever lay eyes on!!This car has been coated in the deepest Raven Black high gloss paint with multiple coats of clear and its lines are as straight as they come. This car sits on a set of American Racing torque thrust II wheels '17 front '18 rear. A brand new GM Performance Parts 502 Generation VI was slipped in to give this car unbelievable power and a sound you'll never mistake. it roars and rumbles through a set of ceramic coated Headman headers and then escapes through a custom built 3" stainless steel exhaust X-pipe and tapers into two Borla XR1 mufflers that may produce the best sound of any car I have ever built. Suited to that brand new 502 is an 850 quickfuel carburetor that has been custom tuned. matched to a Holley Hp mechanical fuel pumpMSD billet distributor and a 6AL Capacitor discharge boxRed Horse black custom anodized fuel lines and NGK#5 spark plugsThe beauty of this beast is when your in 95 degree traffic and chillin thanks to the Vintage Air Generation VI A/C system and power steering. this baby never gets above 180 degrees thanks to the massive custom built Ron Davis radiator with built in fans. Well there would be no other option for a transmission than a Borg-Warner Super T-10. matched to a GMPP flywheel. 11" center force clutch and finished of with a classic Hurst competition shifter and H/D U joints. The rear end has a 12bolt & 3. 42 gears. Suspension is made up of Eibach front springs 2" drop. Global West rear 2" drop and then put that with the competition engineered Slide-A-Link traction system with front and rear sway bars. this BAD BOY will hook up and pin you to the seat!!Of course with that beast under the hood you must come to a stop with Wilwood 4 piston front and rear brakes matched with the extra protection of a GM power assist booster. The body of this car is stunning and the paint may be one of the best BLACK's I have ever laid eyes on. This car has been built to drive. however. if car show's are your thing then this '68 will turn more heads then most $150k resto-mods. A new DSE R/S headlight conversion with everything brand new. the chrome and glass on this car are beautiful. oh yeah and while I was at it I put in the DSE VI SP wiper conversions as well. Now on the interior. I am one of those guys who like a minimalistic look and kept this car as close to the original look that I possibly could. yes that is the original wooden factory steering wheel that truly states the simplicity of this car. This car is BLACK. BLACK. BLACK. black bucket seats. Hurst shifter and a kick-ass custom stereo system with custom built sub box built into the trunk and an I-pod connection in the console that plugs into your phone. If you like the look of OLD-SCHOOL nostalgia in a bad-ass muscle car. this car screams it!!  This restoration was completed in November 2013 and the new 502 has 1510 miles on it and it has been babied. running synthetic motor oil only and changed every 500 miles so far. This car has a very bad tendency to attract women. for some reason the women they just can't seem to keep their eyes off of this car. so if your wife or woman is the jealous type.
