Andre Citroen never made them as well as this. The current owner embarked upon a nut & bolt restoration of this car two years ago & has put over £60. 00 into its restoration. Rarely do we describe things as perfect. but this is as good as we have seen.

The car was originally imported several decades ago & was dry stored until restoration commenced under the current owners guidance.

Evey nut & bolt has been off the car & every bearing & moving part fettled or replaced as required. The owner even went to the lengths of having a batch of heavy Bedford Cord specially woven at a Yorkshire mill & then custom died to its current colour to make the interior correct.

The car is finished in a vivid blue with black roof & wings accented by a red pinstripe. To the interior is the aforementioned cord complimented by mirror finished mahogany door cappings inlaid with the Citroen logo. Carpets are blue Wilton with the rear covered with a white sheepskin throw.

Under the bonnet the story continues with the 1600cc engine being beautifully presented. The three speed 'box is easy to use & changes seamlessly.

This is a car ready to be shown & to win prizes at shows right out of the box.
