Original Survivor with only 41,795 miles!

This beautiful 1956 Mercury was purchased with the intention of showing it this up-coming car show season. but it doesn't appear myself or my family will be showing this one as much as we would like.   Therefore. I would like to give someone else an opportunity to own this car great car.

Beautiful colors of Lauderdale Blue and Classic White.  This unrestored original survivor has only 41. 95 original miles.  A great car for someone who appreciates the unrestored cars (would do well for the AACA HPOF class) or perhaps someone that just wants a nice casual driver to local shows.  This will be a fun car and great investment for the next owner :-)

Details/Features:

The engine idles well. makes good power. and starts well every time.  The transmission shifts smoothly.  The car will get down the road and will flow with modern traffic effortlessly.  Steers and stops easy.  It is ready to drive and enjoy right away.

This Mercury is a beautiful original car that looks great UNRESTORED just like it is.  Lots of great looking chrome. good body. nice underneath. and no rust issues to worry about.  The paint job looks very good from a respectable distance and could possibly be original paint. but I cannot be sure.  You should expect some minor paint flaws due to age and driving (chips. polishing scratches. blemishes. etc). but I would not re-paint the car.  The interior is beautiful for being factory original. and although you should expect some wear and tear (mostly on the front seat). it is just amazing like it is.  Beautiful dash and steering wheel.   The original floor material is also present!  Very clean (unrestored) engine and trunk compartments with original decals present.  Overall. it's a sharp looking and good driving original Mercury .  If you're in the market for one of these.
