911 Targa SC

We have had this rare 82 Porsche SC Targa for a eight years and has been a restoration in process.    We have had kept it garaged.    We have rebuilt the engine. transmission and replaced the brakes.   The drives and feel like it only has 30000 miles or less.   We are selling it as it is not getting driven just sitting in the garage.   It still needs a few items to complete the restoration including interior tune up.   It is drivable and fun to drive.   The engine. transmission and brakes where built by a local respected Porsche shop who can answer any questions. Receipts go with vehicle.

Among the most identifiable automotive lines in the world. the Porsche 911 is a classic that has been in style since its genesis in 1963. In 1978. Porsche introduced the new version of the 911. called the '911SC'. which was the first time they had reintroduced the SC designation since the 356SC. which helped to make this car an instant classic among its other 911 counterparts.

The engine is nice and dry. leaks no oil and runs beautifully. The 3. 6 power plant is perfectly tuned. has great compression and starts right up on the first try each and every time. idles smoothly and runs as strong as it did when it was new. Engine was completely rebuilt with less than 5000 miles since rebuild professionally.   This car is simply provides the driver with nothing but pure enjoyment behind the wheel.

This 911 does not burn or leak oil. this car does not leave so much as a drop of oil on the garage floor.

The transmission shifts seamlessly through the all of the gears with no slipping or grinding. The transmission was completely rebuilt with less than 5000 miles.   There are no strange noises or vibrations from the engine or drive train. all you hear is the music of the flat six engine. The ride in this 911 is great. there are no squeaks. rattles or other unwanted noises. the car drives straight and true. there is nothing indicating this car is 32 years
