MGRV8 - EXCELLENT CAR WITH UPGRADES - NIGHTFIRE RED MG RV8 !! for sale

The MGRV8 was produced in small numbers – just 1. 83 in total. The majority were sold new in Japan. and most of those were Woodcote Green. Many have now found their way back here over the years. Just 152 were produced in Nightfire Red metallic. Although the RV8 was of a similar appearance to the MGB much was different – the suspension and brakes were upgraded. a Salisbury axle with LSD was fitted and all of the body panels were re-styled except for the bootlid and doors. A 3. 9 litre version of the Rover V8. similar to that fitted to the Range Rover was used with 5-speed LT77 gearbox and it provided a very useful 185bhp allowing a 0-60 time of just 5. 9 seconds.

Chassis number 001708 is a 1996 RV8 in Nightfire Red. It was originally registered in Japan and re-imported in 2002 - total mileage 46k. It is fitted with various extras including wind deflector. cream and red hood with matching hood cover. CD multi changer and private number plate. M8GRV. The condition is just as good as it appears in the photos – virtually perfect and it drives perfectly. The last owner bought the car in 2008 and just one more owner since 2002.
