In Minnesota for about $100 you can get tags and a licence plate ..but to clear the title it must be bonded for under $200. Fees vary with insurance company..then the state of Minnesota will provide a title after a period .. This is what I have been told by the DMV..Please check for yourself.. do not take my word only..but check to make sure in your area..Its rusty gold with the IN Patina that TV shows are helping to makemore popular..lately.. You will need to do work..thats obvious..by the pictures.. but where on earth are you going to find this MUCH COOL with Smiles? Even a good later model car cannot provide this much head turning fun and the "COOL FACTOR"..This panel has it!"

1949 International PanelHas personality. presence with patina. Or a Panel-Ality all its own. seriously . its like a cartoon. ready to come alive and start talking.
This Panel will make you smile because of its sheer presence.
It rests on what I was told is a Oldmobile Chassis. maybe the giveaway is the Olds Tilt Steering and Engine.
It has old school Cragars. which is soo cool. Some may remember them in the 1960's-70's.
This panel was brought out of a private collectors "hoarders jungle" after sitting for many years behind a fence .
The truck has a visor and years of patina.
Clearly somebody once had a vision for this rare panel truck and used a V8 Oldsmobile engine. auto trans and made many more cool modifications. One example: The rear doors were welded to open as one door.
This unique panel has been sitting outside of my shop accross Wal Mart. for several days . I have seen many cars. trucks with single folks. couples. people on bikes. . stop. many get out and walk around. someones whole family took pictures in front of it.   
This aready is a Favorite of people. now she could use your help to complete her. If you have the vision & resources to make her yours.

Its like a Cool Truck like in a Fantasy Animation. Only its real!
