Frame off build with photos and receipts - approximately $27. 00. 00 in receipts ( not including the truck itself). 6 year build from 2001 - 2007. approximately 6000 miles since build. True mileage on motor unknown. Nice running/driving cool truck - garaged since done - no rain/snow.
Frame:Entire vehicle was disassembled. frame sandblasted. painted with POR-15. Custom fabricated receiver hitch.
Suspension - FrontOriginal front springs disassembled. cleaned. polypropylene liners. new U bolts. new kingpins. bushings and tie rod ends.
Original style drum brakes. New shoes. wheel cylinders. hardware. master cylinder and brake lines. Power steering from 1976 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup. Steering column from 1970 Suburban. Borgeson u-joints. Aftermarket sway bar.
Suspension - RearLate 1960's GM 10 bolt rear. 3. 36 gearing for highway driving. Original style brakes - late 60's. New Detroit Eaton heavy duty springs. New tires - TA radials with less than 1500 miles. New wheels 5 lug smoothies.
Engine1969 Chevy 350 ( From block casting numbers ). Internal modifications unknown - burns no oil. All new motor mounts. New radiator and shroud. runs 180 degrees. New 2014 headers. duel exhaust. Brockman steel packs. Edelbrock intake. carburetor. high performance distributor.
TransmissionA833 from 1980 1/2 ton Chevy Pickup. 4sp overdrive. Hurst Shifter. custom driveshaft. stock clutch.
Body and Sheet MetalBody and paint in 2007. all work done correctly with receipts and pictures.
1956 grill. Front fenders are fiberglass. All new light fixtures. New under bed gas tank for room and safety. Stainless steel bed strips. oak bed wood with multiple coats of water seal. Custom tail gate with hidden latches. New chrome bumpers.
Cab and InteriorOriginal style dash and gauges. new speedometer. column tachometer. (Speedometer quit working - we think it needs a cable. )New aftermarket radio and tape player. kick panels with speakers. Second Skin sound deadener. plus soundproofing. new carpet. custom floor mats. Original heater and motor works fine. All original glass except one wing window. All window rubber and channel replaced. All new wiring and fuse panel. Bucket seats. custom headliner. door panels and behind seats. Paint by La Duc's Body and Paint in 2007. garaged since done. looks great.
