1940 Chevy Special Deluxe project car (30% done with 90% of parts included)

This is an all original car that has sat in a barn since the early 1980's. A friend and I are tackling the restoration. but we're starting to think we may have taken on more than we can handle at this time. We're continuing on as planned. but if we can get our money back out of the project now. we'll take the offer. These 4 door coupes are rare. and all original are even more rare. Most turn into hot rods. I did see a couple of originals sell for about $60K each.  
We took the entire car apart and bagged and labeled all the parts. The frame has been sandblasted and painted with Por-15. The drum brakes and most of the shocks/suspension has been been replaced. The engine is entirely torn down. It's all in good working order. Our next step is to order new pistons. rings. gaskets. etc. and get the motor back together. The body is going to need plenty of dents knocked out. The only rust is in the rear and I already ordered replacements parts that just need to be welded in; no major bodywork required.
We have numerous pictures of the progress and have all the receipts for the parts we've ordered. We have over $23K invested in the project. As far as parts. I estimate needing another $10K for glass. chrome work. and interior. All the hard parts are included. even a new. freshly chromed grill. Most parts have come from Chev's of the 40's.
Our intent is to get this car back to its original condition. It was originally Battleship Grey. As I said before. they are hard to find and will bring a nice price when done correct. We don't need to sell this project. but if the right offer comes along. we'd be happy to have this off our plates (our wives would be even more thrilled).
