1979 Pontiac Firebird

Trans-Am T-Top.

 

Here we have a beautiful rust free 1979 Trans-am. just in from sunny Texas.

Finished in the 10th anniversary colours of silver and dark grey. with the large anniversary phoenix going onto the front fenders. and mirrored factory T-Tops.  A two tone interior of light grey/red seats with silver grey carpets sets this car off.

All Trans -Am spoilers and wheel spats are in excellent undamaged condition.

Factory 301ci motor. with correct shaker fitted to the air cleaner assembly. not fixed to the underside of the hood as is common practice nowdays. Chrome rocker covers set the motor off. Automatic box works nice and smooth.

Fitted with power steering and brakes. power windows and door locks. cruise control. air conditioning. and a tilt wheel.

4 wheel disc. with factory Turbo alloy wheels with white lettered tyres.

Bodywork and paint are in excellent condition. no rust. All Graphics in place and in good condition.  Interior is again excellent. no ripped or split seats. door panels excellent. and nice carpets.

An after market AM/FM has been fitted which works well even though it is a US model. Factory electric arial works fine.

Car drives very nice. looks very nice. A sweet Trans am.

Car is not yet registered. but all duties/VAT have been paid. and NOVA has been confirmed. Registeration is an easy process and cost £55. 00. Most people like to do this themselves as they then become the first UK registered keeper. I will be more than happy to register it in my name if that what you want to do.

 

Payment is to be cash. cheque or draft on collection. Any cheque or draft will need to be cleared prior to the car being released. Car is advertised elsewher and may be removed at anytime.
