Lovely condition Jaguar XK8 4. 0 for sale. I have owned this car for a very enjoyable 3 years. purchased in October 2011.   The LPG system is made by Vogas. this is fully sequential and includes a configurable mixed function so the car runs on 95% LPG. 5% petrol which lubricates the valves. There is no discernible drop in power when running on gas. the car will return around 250 miles normal driving on a full gas tank ~£45 so gives the equivalent of 50mpg to your pocket.

Body and interior are in excellent condition. the engine is very powerful and the gearbox changes correctly. Hood raises and lowers quickly and smoothly. very clean interior.   I looked at a number of these before buying this one. it was easily the best one I looked at then and is still far better than average in my opinion.

I have lots of history for this car and recently had new front shocks and front suspension overhaul. Rear lower bushes done. too.   It's had the tensioners done. a metal thermostat housing fitted and recent water pump. drive pulley system. too.   The gearbox oil was done 10k ago and the engine oil is done annually/5k whichever the sooner.  

It has decent tyres all round (Dunlop SP1) on the factory upgrade 18" wheels.  It has a towbar which I have only put bicycles on and towed my motorcycle; if you do not want this I will remove prior to collection.

What I like about this car is that everything electrical (eg seat motors. hood. aerial. headlamps etc) works as it should and it is not scruffy like some around.   Other features are: cruise control. heated seats. CD auto changer. phone system. parking sensors. heated screen. auto-headlamps.
